Baptism Venue: Tower of Melissourgos

Maira's baptism took place in the enchanting and distinguished setting of the Pyrgos of Melissourgos. Situated just a few kilometers from the heart of Athens in Lagonisi, this historical landmark stands proudly one kilometer from the coastline, offering breathtaking vistas and captivating sunsets.

The Picturesque Church Ceremony

Nestled within the estate's grounds lies a quaint and picturesque church, where the baptismal ceremony unfolded. To embellish the ambiance, a stunning floral arch adorned with an array of meticulously chosen flowers graced the entrance. Among these were hydrangeas, delphiniums, orchid senapuris, solontangum, orchid sarsidium, lisianthus, dogwoods, and assorted baby's breath, creating a captivating display.

The Fairy Tale Entrance

Guests were greeted with a scene reminiscent of a fairy tale as they entered the main venue. An imposing tree at the entrance provided the foundation for an exquisite candy bar, featuring an assortment of confections housed in pink-hued glassware, meticulously selected to complement the floral theme. Atop the candy bar rested a wish book, inviting guests to pen their heartfelt wishes for Maira. Cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, and macarons tantalized the taste buds, while the tree itself was adorned with salmon, lilac, and yellow baby's breath. A magnificent crystal chandelier, adorned with flowers mirroring the overarching theme, completed the enchanting ensemble.

The Instagram-Worthy Corner

No celebration would be complete without an Instagram-worthy corner, designed as a picturesque backdrop for capturing memorable moments. Two arches, embellished with an abundance of hydrangeas, delphiniums, orchid singapores, Solidago virgaurea, brassica orchids, lisianthus, dogwoods, and assorted baby's breath, framed the space. Suspended lamps, adorned with floral motifs in hues matching the flowers, added a touch of elegance. A plush pink couch with gold accents formed the centerpiece, while a floral-adorned frame, featuring Maira's initial "M" in rose gold plexiglass, graced the background, creating a captivating focal point.

Seating Arrangements

In the seating area, a harmonious blend of lilac, pink, and yellow hues set the tone. Each table was adorned with jars brimming with lilac blooms, lending a touch of natural elegance. Guest seating assignments were inspired by floral names, including peonies, magnolias, hydrangeas, lisianthuses, daisies, cyclamens, freesias, alstroemerias, delphiniums, bougainvilleas, anemones, and dahlias. Corresponding tags were provided to guide guests to their designated tables, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
